Most people know remarkably little - or even care about - the estate tax, or death tax as some refer to this ghoulish money grab by politicians. A vote could come as early as today in the House permanently extending the top rate of 45% (it could be higher) on estates larger than $3.5 million. Liberals justify this stealing by the federal government of almost half of an estate, family business or family farm. This tax, in many cases, results in the loss of businesses or family farms and job losses in the community. House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer, D-Md., said it would affect only the wealthiest Americans.
It is a case study in liberalism to take the approach that anything goes if Congress considers a person wealthy. Since there will be a small minority of people affected, politicians reason they may appropriate (steal) the assets of certain Americans and use it to distribute to others they feel are more deserving. Government will confiscate businesses and farms handed down through generations of hard work, sacrifice, and entrepreneurship. The value is not in an annual income; rather it is in the land, structures or a name built with pride by someone's desire to pass it along to future generations in their family. People forced to pay these excessive taxes, may be forced to sell the assets, thereby losing the business or farm. The heavy, greedy hand of government has the attitude that all wealth, income, property and land belong to government and that they are benevolent enough to allow you to use it and keep a portion of the profits for a time. This tax is worse than the crime of grave robbing. At least grave robbers do not steal from the living heirs of the deceased. Politicians who vote for these taxes have no shame and somehow lost their moral compass once they smelled that sweet aroma of Washington power.
Tyranny is a virus that spreads through a country one class at a time. Will you be the next selected group to feel the hammer of the federal government? Who will stand with you when government decides to take your property or liberty? When Obama and this congress finish stealing from businesses, will there be any geese left to lay the golden egg of job creation that have made this country the envy of the world? Poor people will provide few job seekers decent-paying jobs. This Congress and Obama have the intention of installing a totalitarian regime to "fundamentally change our country" and change our way of life – the American way of life. This is but one of the foundation blocks this regime is laying in their attempt to destroy our Constitution.
If we do not find the time to unite and fight these tyrants, we certainly will find the time to grieve for our beloved country when it has faded into the past and becomes but a footnote in the grand story of time.

On a day such as today, we must honor and remember all the victims of 9-11. America must never forget the ones who were lost and their families who remain trapped in their memories of loved ones and the horrors of that late-summer morning.
Americans must always remember the feelings of helplessness by those who watched the surreal scenes of panic and sheer terror unfolding on their televisions. We can imagine what our fellow Americans in New York, Virginia, and Pennsylvania must have felt.
It is only natural for the passing years to peel layers from horrific memories and leave scars where once there was excruciatingly painful heartbreak. Nonetheless, we must not allow people who wish to soften the image of those who perpetrated this unspeakable atrocity, to rewrite history. It is now apparent there are major efforts underway in our country to do so.
President Obama has scrubbed any reference of Islamic terrorism, war on terrorism, and any other phrase or term that would cast aspersions on radical Islam. We are bombarded with reminders that Islam is a peaceful religion and Americans must be more tolerant. Newspapers run ads directed at school children showing a Muslim man holding a sign with a smiley-face and the slogan, ‘to know Islam is to love Islam’. Two pages later a headline blares ‘Islamists attack Somali hotel’.
Branding discussions of radical Islam as hate-speech, Islamophobia, or religious intolerance, brings dishonor and disrespect to all the victims of 9-11. People make these charges with two things in mind; to silence dissent and force the American people to prostrate themselves before those who would do us harm.
Attacks by radical Muslims are daily occurrences around the world in dozens of countries; not just against Americans. To ignore these facts, to play word games, and insist on political correctness, is to place more Americans in peril.
Constantly reminding people that not all Muslims are terrorists, is to assume the American people are ignorant bigots who cannot discern the difference between actions of war or peace.
Let us give thanks today to the firefighters and policemen who are the first responders in times of crisis and at times must give their lives in performing their duty; as did the brave heroes in New York, Virginia, and Pennsylvania. Lastly, let us extend our eternal gratitude to our Armed Forces that serve and sacrifice to keep us safe and free from all foreign enemies around the globe. They have been the front line in fighting the terrorists who planned and abetted the 9-11 attack. Thousands of our bravest have given their lives in this ongoing struggle so that we can remain safe in our homeland.
Playing political games in the face of terrorism is not tolerance. It is mindless suicide.

One of the most unfortunate human conditions is a failure to learn from our mistakes. When governments fail to learn from their mistakes and refuse to enforce the law, people die.
The 9/11 attacks revealed countless weak links in the chain of our national security – some small and some large. The common thread running through all, however, was that these weak links were all well-known and publicized before the attacks and ignored by our government. This whole disaster would not have occurred had the cockpit doors been locked and Visa and immigration laws been enforced.
We spend billions of dollars sending our young men to die defending borders around the world; then billions more trampling the rights of our own citizens in a futile defense of a terrorist attack already logged into the annals of history. As usual, government is several disasters behind and their response to everything is creating another massive bureaucracy and restricting the rights of American citizens.
Congress and President Bush, and now, President Obama would rather use smoke and mirrors by increasing the size of an unwieldy and ineffective bureaucracy that finds more value in frisking mature women at airports and relieving them of their nail clippers, than concentrating on preventing future attacks by protecting our borders and enforcing immigration laws.
Everyone knows our weakness, including our enemies. Millions of illegal immigrants are still invading. Despite warnings, our government, in all its arrogance – continues to ignore the enforcement of our laws to curb the invasion. Politicians cave in to the avarice for cheap labor by business and exhibit a complete lack of common sense by bowing to the political correctness of the liberals in the Democrat and the Republican parties. It has become politically incorrect to mention illegal aliens.
The federal government has the sole responsibility of protecting our borders from invasion. We simply cannot allow this lawlessness to continue. There are legal means for entry and immigration to this country. Our policy and the numbers allowed are some of the most liberal in the world. We must enforce our border laws, or we will become another third-world country, unable to provide for our own citizens or maintain any semblance of law and order. Let’s embrace and implement the immigration policies of Mexico. They have some of the most stringent laws in the world.
Does anyone truly believe we will not pay another terrible price if we, again, fail to heed the warnings and learn from our past mistakes? One day at a time and one disaster after another will sooner or later bring us to another disaster. Washington will once again use it as another reason to control us…not the real problem.
Of course, Obama’s perfect objective is to wave his magic liberal wand and declare all illegal aliens as legal. Presto, problem solved!

Obama knew when he was campaigning that his promise of no tax increases on anyone making under $250,000 was a calculated, blatant lie. He unveiled the first broken promise on taxes when he signed legislation to raise cigarette taxes. Of course, he had the political cover because it was a tax against an unpopular minority even though most smokers make less than $250,000.
Obama's problem is that there are not enough (rich) taxpayers earning that amount of money to pay for the crushing new debt rolled up by Washington. Therefore, he must get money from middle class and poor taxpayers, as well.
How could he break this promise and find cover for the egregious tax increases he would need in order to continue his unprecedented, reckless spending programs? The answer was simple for a master manipulator, he could deflect and dampen criticism by appointing a panel to recommend ways to "balance the budget" and pay for the uncontrolled spending, while not affecting his socialist agenda. Obama, of course, will stand back and pretend he is above such a pettiness.
Everyone understands that without massive spending cuts, there is but one inescapable conclusion; they must levy backbreaking, oppressive taxes upon the American people.
When Obama announced the creation of the Economic Recovery Advisory Board and named Paul Volcker as its first chairman, it was his attempt at giving this blatant, politically motivated board, a touch of legitimacy.
In January 2009, Congress and President Obama raised taxes by $670 billion over the next 10 years after a pledge by candidate Obama of not "one dime of new taxes" of any kind would be levied on anyone making less than $250,000 yearly. He has broken that promise 14 times and working hard for more.
Americans are already guaranteed trillions of dollars in tax increases to pay for the Obama Health Care disaster, and Congress will try to force Cap and Trade, Immigration, and many other progressive programs down the throats of taxpayers. Each will result in trillions more in additional taxes. Liberals know they must get it all passed before elections in November and during the lame duck session. The brazenness of these masterful scam artists is astonishing.
Keep your back to the wall and both hands on your wallet. There are liars, cheats and thieves among us and each has a license to steal your money. It is not just important, but imperative to retake Congress from the Pelosi, Reed, and Obama Marxists in November.
Oddly enough, they didn't receive their license until they took their Oaths of Office, when they swore to uphold and defend the Constitution of The United States of America.
Vote only for candidates who will uphold the Constitution, lower taxes, and unchain the once dynamic private sector and Capitalistic system that will provide the jobs our country so desperately needs.
What freedom means

The word freedom stirs different passions in the hearts of the American people today when compared to past generations. The word has almost become a cliché among certain groups of Americans. Many of us wave the flag and reflect kindly on our Forefathers for their sacrifices in giving us the freedom we have, nevertheless, many of our citizens are complicit with the government in the abridgment and seizure of many basic personal rights that have made us unique in the history of the world.
Freedom is more than a word; it is an attitude. An attitude of independent thought and rugged individualism brought here and nurtured by men from countries contaminated by centuries of religious persecution, economic depression, repressive governments, and scorn for any concept of freethinking and individual rights. Most did not come here with riches; furthermore, they did not expect the government to give them riches. They asked only for the fertile ground of opportunity and independence. This alone would enable them to achieve anything their abilities and hard work would allow.
It is becoming increasingly more difficult to maintain the struggle for our freedom. With our blessings, career politicians feeding at the government trough, have corrupted our political system. They have no qualms about taking our money and selling our freedom for votes. They regale in people who cannot handle freedom and the responsibilities that go with it and thrive on those who feel more secure in allowing someone else to make their decisions and take care of their needs.
One such woman recently called a statewide radio talk show and exclaimed, “Our government gives us way too many freedoms!” She is typical of a growing number of Americans, who believe government gives us our freedoms. The Constitution guarantees our freedoms. Conversely, government only takes them away, and only we can protect and preserve them.
The Constitution clearly spells out the Federal Government’s role and its limitations in our Republic. The Bill of Rights spells out our independence from the government, but each time we allow politicians to take more money or enact more laws, our rights diminish and government’s power enhanced. When we resist, they pit class against class, race against race, and rich against poor - telling each group how dangerous it would be for the others to have freedom and how much more secure everyone would be if we gave up a few more rights. Politicians convince people they can better spend their money by promising equal results over equal opportunity.
Freedom at times is quite untidy and weeds will grow among the roses. However, if we use the Constitution as our guide, we will know what to pull and what to leave in our garden of America.
America is a beacon of light in a dark and
dangerous world. In summary, if we do not return to the Constitution and hold our
leaders accountable, our best years may be behind us. Remember,
Obama promises "to fundamentally change" this country and he is just
beginning!
What we are witnessing in our country is the raping of America and the burning of our Constitution. With the majority of Americans screaming no, no, no, to government run healthcare, our protestations were ignored. We were forced to submit to an all-powerful government hell bent on having its way with the American people because it can. Obama and the Democrats tried everything to silence our cries by demeaning, using threats, scorn, and finally just dismissing our pleas and cooing, "Just relax and try it... you will love it." Ultimately, they did the only thing the federal government is proficient at: Exercising dominance over the citizens of our Republic.
We will see this same scenario replayed over and over this year with illegal immigration, Cap and Trade, education, more pork barrel projects and every other liberal-progressive scheme they can ram through before the November elections. They know it will be the last chance for them to impose their radical agenda before the people clean house in the fall.
Damn the Constitution and full speed ahead and ignore the will of the citizenry is their cry. It is all-out war against the American people, so bribery, threats and lies are acceptable in the implementation of their goal; a complete Socialist State. Obama and the Progressive-Democrats lie with impunity, steal without remorse, cheat with abandonment, and shred the Constitution without shame. They are laying the foundation for a total federal government takeover of business, healthcare, education and commerce. Washington will control every aspect of our lives directly, or by the bureaucracy they assign, and will be the unconstrained and unlimited authority in every American life.
Pelosi and Reid are, without a doubt, the most extreme lawmakers to hold leadership positions in the United States Congress in the history of our Republic. Their Left Wing agenda is well known, and their contempt for the Constitution is legendary. They lie so effortlessly and with such extraordinary skill one wonders what keeps their faces from exploding.
It is no accident that the taxing for this program will develop promptly, and the benefits delayed for four years. They get a four-year jump on revenue; thus, their prediction is for a budget surplus after ten years. Obviously, after that, there will be enormous deficits and larger tax increases. This is another government program that will go broke, just as all federal programs eventually go broke.
The real travesty of this "healthcare" bill is that it will cause shortages of doctors, hospitals, medical equipment and everything associated with healthcare. Job losses and massive tax increases - overt and covert - will result in higher prices for everything we buy. We will endure long lines and waiting times to receive services, which will result in unnecessary suffering and death for thousands of Americans.
Smiling to the point of idiocy, Pelosi, Reid and Obama think this is a historic moment for our country. Historic? Maybe. Tragic? Positively! They have shown their pernicious contempt for the American people and our Constitution. Stay tuned for more of the same.
Oh, the horrors...
Dems take it on the cheek
A few short months ago, the politicians and bureaucrats released a homeland security brief warning the federal government and law enforcement agencies to keep a watchful eye on the young men and women returning home from fighting in wars initiated by politicians. These young people, the government announced, have the potential to be violent, could exhibit anti-government behavior and, therefore, should be placed on the terrorist watch list.
This stunning announcement came from a group of greedy, corrupt, and arrogant elites who fight all of their wars in smoke-filled, backrooms in the dead of night or their plush, taxpayer-funded offices. It is easy to feel arrogant when protected by men and women in uniform and when you rarely get a challenge from the lapdog, compliant media.
The feeling of power becomes addictive, and it is easy to remain smug when enacting or implementing legislation that rips money and freedom from one group of Americans to give to another. When not held in check and watched carefully by the citizenry it becomes easier to usurp more power than is allowed by the Constitution, and enact laws that apply to the great-unwashed masses but not to lawmakers. Temptations abound; back scratching, palm-greasing, corruption at every turn. Every meeting, cocktail party and fundraiser open and end with promises that will eventually result in government picking winners and losers.
Lawmakers are all so full of courage when nestling in their comfy leather chairs. Yet, they cower in fear or run and hide when they must remove their feet from their well-appointed desks and walk among the common people. Meeting with their own constituents who demand to be heard, fills them with fear. Could these be the reasons politicians and bureaucrats fear the Veterans, who fought and placed everything on the line for their country?
The nearest thing to combat most of these political blowhards has ever seen was charging behind their strutting House leader as she marched triumphantly through a crowd of angry American citizens. She carried her giant gavel, symbolically used to bludgeon the Democrats into submission. One Congressman may be awarded the Purple Heart for injuries received when struck by an errant drop of spittle. Several other brave souls are claiming Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder due to the extraordinarily brutish behavior of these redneck taxpayers. Crowds yelling and waving signs at these poor public servants was more than the faint of heart should ever have to experience. Oh, the horrors of it all! The inhumanity!
First, it was fear of the militant U.S. Veterans, now it is fear of the Tea Party movement and all the rest of that animated American constituency who pay the bills. It is of little wonder these politicians look over their shoulders. Their fear, however, should be of that day of accountability drawing nigh. This feigned outrage is just their way of marginalizing and stifling dissent.
It is but a few months away until judgment day. Remember in November, and thank a Vet, today!
Oaths of office
President of the United States (Executive Branch)
According to the 20th Amendment to the Constitution, a President's term of office begins at 12:00 p.m. (noon) on January 20th of the year following an election. In order to assume his/her duties, the President-elect must recite the Oath of Office. The Oath is administered by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court. The President-elect places his hand on the Bible, raises his right hand, and takes the Oath as directed by the Chief Justice. The Oath, as stated in Article II, Section I, Clause 8 of the U.S. Constitution, is as follows:
"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."
Vice President of the United States (Executive Branch)
The Vice President also takes an oath of office. Until 1933, the Vice President took the oath of office in the Senate. Today, both the President and Vice President are inaugurated in the same ceremony. The Vice President's oath is administered immediately before the President's. The Vice President's oath may be administered by the retiring vice president, by a member of Congress, or by some other government official, such as a justice of the Supreme Court. The Vice President's oath is as follows:
"I do solemnly swear that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic, that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same: that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion, and I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God."
Members of Congress (Legislative Branch)
At the start of each new Congress, in January of every odd-numbered year, the entire House of Representatives and one-third of the Senate takes an oath of office. The Speaker of the House will direct the Members to rise and the oath is administered. The original oath was as follows: "I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support the Constitution of the United States."
The oath was revised during the Civil War, when members of Congress were concerned about traitors. The current oath is as follows:
"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God."
Supreme Court Justices (Judicial Branch)
According to Title 28, Chapter I, Part 453 of the United States Code, each Supreme Court Justice takes the following oath:
"I, [NAME], do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will administer justice without respect to persons, and do equal right to the poor and to the rich, and that I will faithfully and impartially discharge and perform all the duties incumbent upon me as [TITLE] under the Constitution and laws of the United States. So help me God.''

The Obama administration and their socialist allies in Congress have officially run out of other peoples’ money; now, they want yours.
Liberals believe that issues of income, wealth, and taxation are zero-sum games. If one keeps one’s own dollar, someone else is losing a dollar. Likewise, they conclude that for every dollar a productive American earns and selfishly keeps for one’s own benefit, it costs the government a dollar and thus wreaks havoc with an unproductive person. Therefore, it is incumbent upon a wise and benevolent government to determine how to distribute wealth and income fairly among the masses.
Destitute for marketplace ideas, President Obama’s inane pattering continues uninterrupted. Brazenly, he trumpets a call to halt the “partisan three-ring circus." If anyone is responsible for the sawdust and manure smell in the hot Washington air it is the “Clown in Chief”, Barack Obama. He parades through the crowds tooting sour notes on his horn and screaming, “Give me your money, give me your money!” Then, standing at center ring he gives his best performance yet; training the Elephants (sic) by beating them over the head with his big red shoes.
Obama and the Democrats brought us to this point by squandering trillions of dollars on bailouts, stimulus, hundreds of welfare programs, food-stamps and Obama care. Combine these with the fanatical give-a-ways to states and local governments for maintaining political payback jobs for government workers, teachers and union members, and we have a country left gasping for breath. Meanwhile, the President and Senate keep their boots on the throats of business and the American people by demanding more crippling, job-killing taxes and regulations.
Spending at these levels is rife with perils unimagined by our Founders and those who built this country into the greatest economic force in history. It means sanctioning an avowed socialist-Marxist and his comrades to continue their transformation of the United States into a centrally controlled, tyrannical government bereft of the freedom of self-determination so long-held dear.
Obama and the Democrats manufactured this entire debt ceiling crisis by demanding paralyzing tax increases as a condition for desperately needed spending cuts. Remembering Rahm Emanuel’s advice of never letting a serious crisis go to waste gives them a golden opportunity to create one.
The Republican led House sent a spending Bill to the Senate and it smacked against the ideological walls of Harry Reed and Obama. Likewise, every effort to raise the debt limit met the same fate.
Obama’s only plan was a budget so laughable it received nary a vote in the Democratic controlled Senate. Then, he merrily resumed his campaign of “foraging for funds” using taxpayers’ money flying about the country and jeering business use of corporate jets. He always finds time to pause and let his leftist light shine on corporations receiving the Obama stamp of approval like General Electric, a company that pays no income tax, but receives millions of taxpayers’ money while exporting jobs to China.
Obama subscribes to the premise that if one can’t play a good game, then perfect the art of talking a good game.
Lying, and blaming others are two things Obama does best, and he has been wildly successful at these games. When caught in an obvious untenable situation or challenged, his third option is reaching into his trusty quiver and launching his weapons of mass confusion; the guaranteed “poisoned-arrows of the truth”, called race baiting and class warfare.
In the battle of the deficit and the national debt, the Democrats are winning, as usual, the battle in the media. Articles by the AP come directly from the White House talking points. Likewise, television network news programs, including Fox News, hammer Republican conservatives for not “playing ball” with the “reasonable” President Obama.
The liberal media are no longer considered the fourth estate; rather a fourth branch of government charged with controlling and disseminating information that promotes any progressive administration or Congress. Control of information is a primary ingredient in every despotic government.
The facts are Irrefutable:
It has been over 800 days since Democrats presented a budget. They shout down every Republican proposal by branding them as the obstructionists.
The nation’s debt limit has increased 70 times. Every capitulation led to political and governmental power expansion and gave Congress more money to spend. Each extension usurped our freedom. Without the power to tax, politicians lose their control over the people. Higher taxes lead directly to more control.
The deficit today is 10 times that of 2007 when the Democrats took control of Congress.
The U.S. debt is now at 70% of the economy; worst since WWII.
Government spending is at an all-time high of 25% of Gross Domestic Product.
The Treasury Department reported that the deficit was $971 billion for the first nine months of the budget year. It will likely top $1.41 trillion at the end of the budget year according to the Congressional Budget Office. This will be the third-straight year to break the $1 trillion mark. With unemployment at a dismal 9.2%, Obama, nonetheless, insists on more spending and adding crippling taxes and regulations on business.
This House has no chance of meaningful spending cuts making it past the leftist Senate and President. Therefore, the Republicans will more than likely wilt under the intense heat and lose another fight to the back-alley, hardened Democrats.
The recession job-market recovery is one of the slowest in decades and every policy espoused by Obama exacerbates the national disaster called the American economy. In all of his brilliance, Obama says, “Our economy as a whole just isn’t producing nearly enough jobs for everybody who is looking.” WOW!
Business will not spend money to create jobs with the uncertainty of a Marxist in the White House whose stated goal is redistributing wealth in the name of social justice and mandating hundreds of thousands of new regulations a month.
Obama is a failed President holding sway over a failed economy, using economic principles proven throughout history to fail miserably. By using disgraceful scare tactics like threatening to withhold Social Security checks and not paying creditors he hopes to extract additional money from Americans to further use his destructive power. The ends always justify the means with the radical community organizers, Saul Alinsky and Barack Obama.
He makes the most ludicrous, outlandish, bizarre statements, claims, and assertions, and then proclaims he is the voice of reason in the debt crisis. Consider that five years ago, Barack Obama, Joe Biden, and Harry Reid voted against raising the debt limit.
Everything this President does defies common sense and credulity leaving people to believe we are in a twilight zone or Bizarro World where nothing makes sense and everything is upside-down.
It does all make sense, however, if we realize America is suffering from its worst nightmare…Barack Obama. He is a man driven by his left-wing ideology and determined to fundamentally change this country into a Marxist state. The only chance for America is to awaken on that fateful Election Day in November 2012, when the time is ripe for refreshing the tree of liberty!

Nothing approaching reality could explain the litany of inconsistent, unimaginable policies and statements coming from this President. Unless, of course, it is a deliberate willingness to deceive the American people and outright lie to gain a political advantage. By diverting attention from the worst economy since the Great Depression and apparently the most inept leadership in modern times, he hopes to have four more years to complete the installation of his radical Marxist agenda.
If this President lived in the real world or had any honest intentions for the nation, he should spend the next year explaining his first three years of bizarre behavior. Routinely, he bypasses Congress and rules this country by executive order, then delegates this usurped power to government bureaucrats. One must wonder; is he truly as inept as he appears or is it part of his long-range planning to collapse the system and place himself in a position to wield powers that are even more dictatorial?
Consider the following synopsis of his reign:
The job killing, economic stifling, national healthcare plan that Obama forced upon the American people with the brazen lie that over 40 million more people will receive healthcare at fewer costs without rationing services. Additionally, he made the outlandish claims that illegal aliens and abortion would be exempt from coverage under the plan when he knew that courts had already adjudicated these issues.
The entirety of his energy policy consists of corrupt schemes to pour billions of dollars into his political donors’ solar panel businesses. Taxpayers watch hopelessly as their “investments” evaporate as quickly as sincerity from Obama’s promise.
Energy independence from the Mideast is his claim; yet, he stops virtually all domestic oil exploration, uses the EPA to declare war on coal, and admits he wants electricity costs to “skyrocket.” He compounds this idiocy by preventing the Canadian oil pipeline. As the United States grows more dependent on foreign oil and American jobs continue marching overseas, the President reads us more “fairy tales.”
Illegal immigration is another job killing, security-threatening problem in this country on which this President is still missing in action. In another power-grab from Congress and subversion of American will, he dictated a virtual amnesty to all illegal aliens after declaring all-out war on any state that dared to take any action of self-preservation. Obama courts tens of millions of prospective new voters while his policies pit 14 million unemployed and 8.8 million underemployed Americans against an estimated 13 to 20 million illegal aliens.
Obama lays claim to the title of “champion of the middle class.” Meanwhile, his new middle class is dependent upon food stamps, unemployment benefits, welfare, and hundreds of other government programs just to survive his reign of economic terror. His skewed outlook on this country reasons that those who are not part of the 12 % union workforce or engaged as government employees are not bona fide working Americans and are, therefore, unworthy of any consideration.
In a country founded upon principles of free enterprise and of the people’s right to pursue wealth and prosperity, the Leftist-in-Chief goes about his daily indoctrination tours promoting class warfare. He feels an overpowering compulsion to change the greatest system in the world to one that pulls everyone but the ruling class down to the lowest common denominator.
The debt was $10.626 trillion on the day Mr. Obama took office. He rightly scolded Bush for his debt as “unpatriotic.” The debt is now over 15.1 trillion dollars. In less than three years, he has increased the debt more than 42%.
He surrounded himself with admitted revolutionaries, Marxists, communists, Maoists, and socialists, then injected his Marxist poison into the bloodstream of a nation. Incessantly pointing an accusatory finger at others for the national ill-health that ensued goes beyond any concept of reason and common sense.
He justifies using his handpicked National Labor Relations Board to hammer Boeing Aircraft for building a new manufacturing plant in South Carolina. Imagine a company having the audacity to create real jobs in South Carolina at a non-union plant in a right to work state.
He travels the globe apologizing for America and poking friends in the eye with his undiplomatic stick. Compounding his naïve worldview fiascos, he assuages world rogues and bitter enemies with warm embraces of appeasement.
Every week that Obama remains in office, our Military falls further into financial weakness. He made clear that he would veto any attempt by Congress to block the automatic cuts to the military. (Sequester on Defense.) This, after his own Defense Secretary said if the automatic cuts go into effect, it would devastate the Military.
Always missing in action during any budget process or deficit reduction, he spends his time campaigning and giving away more money to his political cronies. Ruling by executive tyranny, bypassing Congress and creating issues on which to run, he initiates and implements his ruinous policies, then runs from them when he hits the campaign circuit.
Barack Obama is like the wise guy who starts a barroom quarrel, then cowardly disappears out the back door when the fists and chairs start flying. In his case, he avoids responsibility for the messes he creates by ducking into the back-allies of politics, and uses the safety of the Presidency as a political sniper’s perch to launch campaign attacks and rhetoric.
Weapons of this President are powerful and the shields that protect him from criticism and accountability virtually unlimited. Sycophantic, groveling media and race-hustling Democrats circle the ranks to provide a ring of protection. Unfortunately, the American people have no protection for the excesses and edicts of a man who wants to “fundamentally change this country” into a socialist-Marxist state.
The prevailing notion of liberalism is that if you succeed in life’s endeavors you deserve to be a target of despots. To which Obama adds, “I do think at a certain point you’ve made enough money.” He is the self-anointed instrument of big government’s use of taxation and regulation to punish success. He screams to the heavens the outrageous and false claim that he has lowered taxes on Americans, not raised them. Then, in the next speech, he bellows for trillions more in taxes.
Job creation for this president amounts to a mantra permanently programmed into his Teleprompter. However, every socialist policy he advocates and dictates destroys American jobs. His class warfare, tax the rich ideology fuses with his other leftist ideas to form the perfect storm of deepening economic disaster. Neither he nor the Democratic Party has put forth a budget; they have no “jobs” programs – they simply scream for trillions of dollars in tax increases on the real job creators to feed their greedy, Democratic base.
He talks in lofty, high-toned liberal-speak. His manner is most arrogant, and his prevarications come as easily as his disarming smile. Envious praise will abound from conmen everywhere, but every jaw-dropping performance will leave you clutching your wallet and gasping for the fresh air of liberty.
